Go to /login and tap "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. pka365 will send a one-time password reset PIN to that number within 60 seconds. Enter the PIN on the reset page, create a new password and you're done. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@pka365.ws with your full name, date of birth and the last PKR transaction amount on your account for manual identity verification.
Never. pka365 support staff will never ask for your account password, your Easypaisa PIN or your JazzCash PIN under any circumstances. If you receive any message — by SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other channel — from someone claiming to be pka365 and asking for your login credentials or PIN, it is a scam. Do not respond and do not share any details. Report it to support@pka365.ws immediately.
Act immediately. If you can still log in: change your pka365 password straight away from Account Settings → Security. Then email support@pka365.ws explaining what you've noticed. pka365 can lock the account, review login history and reverse unauthorised transactions where possible. If you cannot log in because your password has been changed, email support@pka365.ws urgently with your registered mobile number and full name — the account will be suspended for investigation while your identity is verified.
Responsible Gaming
